The basic access charge per year is being kept very low and is 150 pounds. Charging is currently done only once a year and accounts added later in the academic year (after about March-April) are not charged for in that year. Bills are sent once a year to departments not to individuals.

Groups requiring more significant help are strongly urged to make contact about trying to raise a small % of a post on grants, either per group or as a set of groups within a department.
